The staff is amicable as well as hotel's owner. The location it offers is good, really close to beautiful nature, Vorno, and Tuscany. In fact, it's at a short distance from a large medieval baptistery, one of the tourist spots.

The location was particularly good and great, at a moderate distance from Piazza del Duomo. the airport was 7 minutes' drive away. the rooms were all reasonably spacious and quiet with a kitchen. I hope this helps!

Enjoyed my 4-night stay. Had a peaceful and cozy room equipped with a kitchen to whip up some meals. the airport was about 25 km away. 🏡.

If you're looking for a cozy retreat for Christmas, this place is a great pick. The location is fantastic and easy to access with a rental car. The owner was incredibly helpful and gave us great tips on where to park and how to get around to the different towns. The breakfast was fantastic and definitely a highlight of our stay. The property is decorated beautifully, which added to the festive atmosphere.
The bathroom was a bit cramped, with the shower and toilet too close together. It would've been nice to have air conditioning, but the provided fan helped cool us down.

The bathroom was on the smaller side, but clean and functional.

The breakfast at this B&B was good and the owner very helpful with tips about the area. the location is convenient for exploring Tuscany and renting a car. the room was nicely decorated and spacious, which offered plenty of space for my Christmas presents.
the bathroom was small and shared with other guests, which was not ideal during the holidays.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy hotel. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were well-maintained.
